Cabin was very clean, everything in good working order. Plenty of parking room for 2 full size trucks and trailers. Docks were very nice and could accommodate our fishing boats. Owner Renee was very nice and answered all questions as well as suggested the Vermillion Club which is the best restaurant i’ve eaten at in this area.no issues with the neighbors , very peaceful and quiet cabin. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your cabin.

Jim, I’m devastated. I wondered why I haven’t gotten any inquiries though there have been hundreds of hits. This comment has ruined my renting of the Birch Point cabin.
Since you left there has not been a complaint about the neighbor. Maybe he was having a bad day after the previous family had a barking dog.
This has been my income after my husband passed from cancer 12 years ago at only 58.
I have worked hard to keep up the property including the recent leveling of the entire back yard and down to the shore with new dirt and seed.
Did you read the Memories book in the cabin from families who have stayed there and absolutely loved it.
I’m so hurt. I can’t afford to lose my rental income.
