This is a paradise located in the highly sought after and quiet neighborhood of Greystone Manor in Lewes, Delaware.

Your dream beach vacation home is waiting for you with renovations completed inside and outside in time for the summer of 2023. Great for large family gatherings!

Relax in the backyard by the in-ground pool and enjoy the picturesque views of bald eagles, hawks and heron. The property backs up to the environmentally sustaining Great Marsh and has 200 feet of frontage on Old Mill Creek. Plenty of nature loving things to do on this almost six acres property.

The inside has been fully renovated in 2023 with an open floor plan and light beach colors that are pleasing to the eye. Enjoy a fully equipped technology package with Wi-Fi and three big screen TVs. Four bedrooms ( 1 with a king bed and 3 with a queen bed) offers plenty of room to spread out and sleeps up to 8 very comfortably.

The best room of the house may be the screened in porch that overlooks the in-ground pool in the back yard and the wooded acreage in the rear of the property.

The property offers so many amenities, that you may not want to leave, but it is only a couple minute drive to downtown Lewes and all the beaches and restaurants that are there to enjoy.

All bedroom and bath linens are provided so less for you to pack!

NFL Sunday ticket is included in the cost of your stay

The homeowners association of the neighborhood asks that you keep the noise levels down from 10PM to 7AM.

Wonderful quiet retreat

We stayed here mostly because it was close to family but it ended up being a lovely quiet retreat for us over Thanksgiving! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 1 year old. Spacious with plenty of space for gathering together and also for those who like to sit and read. Good kitchen for prepping meals for a group. Wonderful experience and we will rent again!

Outstanding!

We felt comfortable and relaxed in this smartly furnished, very clean home. Located on a quiet street, we were able to enjoy morning walks and neighborhood bike rides. We spent our days shopping at the outlets and riding the well maintained bike trails—all within a ten minute drive. Highly recommended!

Relaxing time

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well kept. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and eating in the screened porch. It was nice to have all the linens provided and a well-stocked kitchen. (The only thing we couldn't find was a wine bottle opener.) For us, the 3-car garage was an added bonus. The home is close to many restaurants and shopping outlets, as well as a quick drive to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great home for our family vacation.

Top notch vacation home!

Great vacation home, immaculately maintained inside and out. Has all the things up to 8 adults will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: quiet neighborhood with cul de sac location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, nice and clean bathrooms, great deck with grill, and nice swimming pool. Lots of good restaurants and beaches within east driving distance. Great host/property manager who communicates very well and promptly responds to messages. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this property without any hesitation whatsoever.
