About this property

Beautiful Family home with access to Red Mill Pond

Perfect home for a family vacation! Close to Lewes, Broadkill Beach, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth and more. The development has access to Red Mill Pond for fishing, boating and kayaking. Large, private, above ground pool available in season and patio with firepit.

** Please note we prefer 3 night minimum off season and 6 night in season. If you need other accommodations, we would be glad to consider. Pets also welcome on a case by case basis.

Looking for a quiet vacation spot large enough for the whole family? Look no further. Our home is conveniently located between Broadkill and Lewes beaches and about 10 miles to Cape Helopen or Rehoboth boardwalk.

Inside space - Our home includes a living room and large family room (with gas fireplace) for gathering, 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) as well as a flex room that serves as a remote work space or extra bedroom (with a full-sized pull out couch). There are two additional pull out sofas (living room and family room) if needed. There are three full baths with the master bath boasting a jetted tub.

Outside space - Step outside to grill and eat on the deck or move down to the patio and enjoy the firepit and above ground pool (in season). The backyard is fenced for your convenience and the large driveway accommodates several cars and boats.

Speaking of boats, the development has boat ramp access to Red Mill Pond. It is perfect for fishing or kayaking as well (2 kayaks are available for use).

Local amenities include Dogfish Head Brewery, Rookery Golf Club, bike trails, many excellent restaurants, Tangier outlets, and lots of opportunities for nature or birding if you enjoy that.

Perfect getaway

This house was just perfect for our family 6 adults 2 (under2). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was an immediate response. The rental property was amazing, clean, exactly like the photos and more, everything at the property was well thought-out, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, toiletries, bed linens and more. Very clean swimming pool. I wish I was able to stay longer.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at the house. Very comfortable house with many features. It was great having access to a pool in the backyard and use of the beach equipment was wonderful. I was able to communicate with the owners easily with any questions. My only suggestion is more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and wash clothes.

Great stay for a family vacation near Rehoboth Beach

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was even better in person and the perfect space for a family vacation with multiple couples and a baby. Each family got their own room and bathroom, and the living room was perfect for a small child to safely play. The hosts were so accommodating and even provided baby gates and baby items! The location was great, providing us with privacy but still near everything we would want to do, and the pool was such a nice bonus! We had bad weather during our stay, but still had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Rehoboth First Timers

This property was exactly as listed. The kitchen was pretty much stocked with the essentials and more. My family especially enjoyed the convenience of having a pool on the property. Although most days weren't really warm enough, the polar plunges were a hoot...lol. Game night was extra special with the additional games in house. Kirsten was a very responsive and attentive host, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property and will look them up if/when we return for some Delaware fun.

Excellent beach rental

This house exceeded all our expectations! We had 5 adults, 2 teenage girls, 2 teenage boys and two 1 yr old babies. The bathrooms ensured everyone had space to get ready each day and there was very minimal waiting for anyone to get out the door. The pool was a great bonus for the kids. TVs in every room! The living room and kitchen accommodated our large group with ease. Very comfortable furniture and beds! The host was on top of communication prior to our arrival ensuring everything went smooth. There was no need for communication during the stay as everything went perfectly. The neighborhood was super quiet. We highly recommend this rental if you are heading to the beaches in this area. Rehoboth beach and board walk is less than 20 minute drive and be sure to check out the creamery just up the road!

You Will NOT Be Disappointed!

We chose this house for our 14th annual beach week and were glad we did. The amenities are exceptional, truly exceptional! We had 12 of us from ages 6 to 60’s and the house suited us very well! It has A LOT of room and that’s just inside. The yard was big enough to play wiffle ball, the driveway big enough for pickleball and of course the POOL was a huge hit with the kids and grandkids alike!! Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is right there. We ate inside around a big table and we also ate outside together. There is so much to do just at the house that we spent a lot of time there. Kirsten was extremely responsive to any need we had and ensured that we had a great time. The large family room was just right for our nightly family council meetings where we discussed the day and gave the grands a “kindness theme” for the next day. We also explored all the beaches except Rehoboth (too crowded). We actually like Tower Beach the best, but it is below Dewey Beach so there is traffic that way. And there are a couple of great ice cream places nearby which is a must for us. All in all the house was exceptionally appointed with every amenity you could want and then some like Kayaks! As the subject says, You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed!
