About this property

Memories begin here! This house has something special for the entire family- no matter the age. Your group will love all the master suites- each room has its own bathroom. The house is accessible by ramp or stairs and the main level has two bedrooms with one of them having wide doors and a walk in shower and ADA toilet.

Great kitchen, lots of gathering spaces inside and out with 2 living areas and 3 soaring decks to take in the awesome view. Lots to do here with firepit, cornhole, hot tub, stocked DVD cabinet, TVs in every room, air hockey table for some competitive family time, Nintendo system, kayaks, fishing poles, and a big yard to play in.

Its a unique and tranquil getaway spot. WIDE STUNNING lakeview up close in a quiet location away from the crowded megaplexes. Set high above the water on a Bull Shoals Lake bluff, but close to K Dock marina below where you can rent a boat, or use the Courtesy Fishing Dock. Your view is of the lake, not other houses or people. Nature is up close with birds, deer, turkey frequenting the area. You will find yourself lingering and relaxing on the 3 deck levels (especially the upper one!)- most people say, "WOW, that's a real view" when they walk out on the deck for the first time. Secluded but still within 10 minutes of The Landing in downtown Branson and close to shopping/restaurants/activities.

The commercial marina is just around the corner- you can reserve a boat through K Dock Marina or you can bring your own boat! Feel free to take a walk on our road which deadends about 600 ft beyond the house and is a nice tranquil after dinner stroll- there is little traffic on the road.

Perfection

We have been taking our family to Branson for the past 25 years for Christmas but '23 has been the best thus far. The house was more perfect than we expected. We have stayed in many places but this house exceeded our expectations. Our whole family LOVED this house.

Family Weekend

We came down to Branson for a couple of days after Thanksgiving. Everything was wonderful. House had everything you would need. Wish we would have had more time to spend at the house itself. Absolutely loved the Christmas tree with ornaments for every family that had booked this year, it was a great personal touch.

Amazing house with amazing hosts

We had a great time at this Hidden Gem. Only 15 minutes to Branson Landing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. 25 minutes to Branson and everything you would want to do. The house itself is amazing and off the beaten path. It is exactly as they describe it. The views of the lake off of the decks were great. All of the bedrooms are private suites. Our grandkids loved the bunk house. They were excited to have their own TV with video games and their very own bathroom! We enjoyed playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub. We took the kayaks from the house and our SUP board down to the boat docks and played in the water one day. It’s right around the corner. If you want to prepare your meals at the house they have everything you need to cook. We used the gas grill both days. Enough plates and flat ware to feed a large group of people. One person in our group had car issues the day we were leaving. It was really hot outside and we had our 2 month old granddaughter along with 3 & 4 year grandkids with us. I texted Aimee with our issue and she graciously allowed us back in the house until we were able to get the vehicle running. When we go back to Branson we will definitely be staying here again. Why they chose this property

My dad grew up nearby and he used to be a guide for K Dock Marina in the 1950's. Our family is very familiar with this lake and the surrounding land and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

The view from the decks is unusually AWESOME! Because it is situated high on the bluff, the views are stunning. You will find yourself lingering at the railing looking at the water, the boats rolling by, the birds soaring by, and likely will get a glimpse of the deer and turkey that roll through most days. This house is NOT in a complex where there is one house after another....it is a stand alone property. It is definitely a hidden gem.
