About this property

Welcome to the Twin Tides retreat. One of two of our unique side-by-side properties on the ICWW with a private pier and dock- with a slip available to our avid boaters (upon request and review assuming un-rented and for an additional fee). This is not a duplex, this listing is for the entire home- we just happen to own the house next door also!

Looking for a family reunion? Book our Twin Tides Blue private home also. Views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from our newly renovated property. Minutes away from Carolina Beach, the NC Fort Fisher Aquarium, the NC Battleship, golf courses or downtown Wilmington. This house spared no expense to truly make it a retreat to visit time and time again. You will love this coastal cottage that looks like it came out of a novel.

Views of pristine non-developed Masonboro Island can be seen from the King and Queens private balcony or the semi wrap around porch. Enjoy your own private beach by kayak and make a day out of visiting Masonboro Island. Enjoy the pier and dock to play, paddle board, swim, fish, or just relax if water sports aren’t your thing. We offer kayaks and paddle boards to make life a little easier.

A chefs dream kitchen featuring all sub-zero and wolf appliances, marble and wood flooring throughout the house, and a true view from every room- including from the brand new air tub in the King and Queens bathroom. While you have views of the intracoastal waterway from the front of the home, enjoy back yard views of the marsh and all she has to offer. This property is on a peninsula which allows these rare views. Few properties can have the both of best worlds- and we’re one of them!

Large yard for your fur friends to get some exercise or go for a swim and a playground for your little ones. There is also a sandbar that appears at low-tide that children (and our dog children) love. This is great for kids to catch a hermit crab or go clamming and experience some of the coastal lifestyle.

True vacation

House was very comfortable and cozy with amazing views and tons of activities on site or a short drive. The homeowners were very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! Will definitely be coming back! 🤗

Simply Amazing

We have traveled all over, and this is one of the nicest places that we have stayed at in a while. The views were amazing and the wildlife was everywhere. We enjoyed walking out of the pier and watching the boats travel by while enjoying our adult beverages, and then retiring the amazing kitchen to cook and to socialize was a major highlight of this trip! Short drive or Uber to multiple bars, and nightlife entertainment made the location even better! The rooms were spacious and each one offered it's own unique view of the surroundings. There was a great attention to detail in what was selected for the tenants to use, from the cooking ware to the paddleboards! Can't wait to come back!
