Boaters Dream on Holiday Isle with Heated Pool!!!
Wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy the Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. This 5 bedroom, two story home with a private heated pool is located on a canal that leads right out to the Destin Harbor and the Gulf. The views of the Harbor are incredible. The beautiful beaches are just a couple of blocks away. Boaters can bring their boats on vacation with them and pull right up to the house. The house has two boat slips and a sea wall that can accommodate a large boat.
The house has all new furnishings and feels like a true home!! The home has two floors for large or multiple families to enjoy. The main floor has a a large living area and full kitchen. You can view the harbor right from your living room or bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs. All the upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed and two open up to the porch.
The lower floor has its own living area and a full kitchen as well. There are two bedrooms located here. The main bedroom has 2 queen size beds in it and opens up to the lower porches. You are just steps to the pool and the docks. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All new bedding and furniture!
For the fisherman, there are two fish cleaning stations, fish rack and 50 amp power!
Enjoy the large decks and porches and the private heated pool. Fish right off the dock! Walk or bike to the most beautiful beaches!! Weekly street legal golf cart rentals are available to explore Holiday Isle and Destin. This is an incredible home!!!
