You'll enjoy 6 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated full bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to 16 adults.
Our property is centrally located to all major attractions along the jersey shore.
only a brisk 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the closest beach. a 5 minute drive to the famous pier village or a short 10 minute drive to the famous asbury park beach featuring the famous Stone Pony and many other attractions.
if point pleasant is what your looking for, take a quick 15 minute drive and you'll be there.

It appeared to be a renovation for flipping in progress. Kitchen poorly equipped. No microwave/toaster. Scarce dishware. Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived. My closet had no door, 2 hangars and a dirt filled vacuum in it. Only One TV in whole house which was in one of the bedrooms we had to move to living room area. 2 AC vents missing so just big holes in ceiling. Might be a good house for college students looking for a getaway as there was plenty of bed space. Just was expecting a little more than what we got. House needs a lot of cosmetic and utilitarian work.
