Gorgeous Brand New 4BR in Rumson for Fall, Winter, & Spring!

Come call our home your home for October 2023 to early/mid May 2024! Our house was just built in 2021, it's expertly furnished, 3 floors, with a upstairs deck with umbrella and a downstairs patio, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a den with 2 queen pullout couches, a private WFH area, only 1 block from the river with 4 kayaks and life vests, plus 8 bicycles and beautiful roads to cruise around on, plus the beach is a 5 minute drive. High ceilings, high end furnishings, every detail covered. Walkable to many delicious restaurants and schools. French Market 1 block away for pastries and coffee. The neighbors are great too. Your family will absolutely love it.
