Feel at home this vacation!

Beautifully renovated house - one block to the beach or river with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 front decks with great views, a large rear deck with bbq and seating, off street parking for 2 cars, and all the amenities of home.

Sea Bright is the perfect area for enjoying the beach and 'shore life', to take day trips to NYC, Atlantic City, Philadelphia or points in between. The BEACH! house is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Our newly renovated BEACH! house is conveniently located on a quiet, residential street just 1 block from the beach and 1 from the river.

We invite you to enjoy everything about our home, the comfortable furnishings, the decor and amenities, and the spacious back deck with relaxing seating, BBQ, and table. The two decks in front are perfect places to unwind after a fun day at the beach.

Great layout for Wedding Groups, Family Reunions, and regular ol' summer vacations.

Two bedrooms have queen beds, one with access to the front deck and the other with access to the bedroom with bunk beds.

Two full bathrooms with fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryers.

A fabulous chef's kitchen with every tool you need to apply your gourmet skills while friends and family keep you company in our open floor plan great room.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort including flat screens for streaming your favorite channels; kitchen and bbq tools; beach towels and house linens; en suite washer and dryer; WiFi; and an on-call concierge.

Our co-host Pamela will be on hand to welcome you to our shore sanctuary and will remain available by phone for any questions you may have. Our goal is make sure your vacation is 'shore' perfect!

If you are visiting during the summer, you can expect traffic on the beach. Fortunately for you, the main area of the town AND the beach is one-half block away. Once you arrive, you can walk everywhere!

If you are coming by car, there is covered parking for vehicles.

Coming by train? Take NJ Transit to Little Silver and call Uber or Lyft. If the wait is too long, call the co-host who will taxi you home!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the thermostat to 74 in the summer, 68 in the winter.
Let us know if there was any damage so we are prepared to fix it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave street or beach shoes outside.
All guests must be listed on the booking. Violation is cause for early termination.
There is on-site parking for up to 2 compact cars. There is no street parking.

Great little beach house

Great location - close to beach & restaurants. Very clean. Linens and towels provided. Everything we needed for a quick & easy weekend at the beach with our family of 5, including 3 small kids.

Excellent property at a wonderful location

The property was nice , clean and cozy. The owner has got every detail covered like chairs on the porch, fully stocked kitchen, grippers on the stairs, etc. Ample parking space for 2 standard cars. The first floor bathroom has a great shower and the water pressure was perfect. You can walk to the beach and spend good time there too. Overall I would love to go once again !

Beach therapy

The house was well maintained and clean. Close to beach restaurants and shops. One downfall - you have to go through one bedroom to get to another. The one queen bed was on a very high platform and did not accommodate short people 5,2” and under to sleep comfortably. Otherwise, nice house.

Beach Street Townhome

This was a nice well appointed home if somewhat small and the owner was lovely and communicative. The house was pristinely clean and obviously newly renovated. However, we were two older couples here for funeral and found the bedroom situation uneven and the bedding could have been of better quality. This should be billed as a two bedroom with bunks not a three bedroom as the second bedroom is a full bed with the walk-in closet converted to two bunks . So there is no closet. The bunks are in the closet making for very tight quarters. You have to go from the bunk room through the full bedroom to get in and out. The Master was nice with French doors and own small balcony with views of the river. Fine for younger kids and a babysitter but not couples trying to share. The closets were jam packed with hundreds of tangled hangers with no space to hang clothes. Easily fixed by removing half of them. The kitchen was pretty and well appointed but could use some real wine glasses instead of 4 mismatched ones and better pans to cook with. Other than that it’s very cute in a great location. Very tastefully decorated and two very nice bathrooms .This home is better suited to a family with kids than couples and we felt it was expensive for off season.

Beautiful house and great location

We had an amazing week staying at Pamela’s house. The house was exactly as shown and super clean. Location was perfect, we walked to all the bars/restaurants and the beach was a short 5min walk. Pamela was very easy to communicate with and answered very quickly. Would definitely recommend!! We hope to stay again next year!

Lovely!

Great location. The property was as advertised and super clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Through no fault of the owner, we had a problem with the freezer; the host responded immediately to my text and it was fixed within 2 hours. The balcony is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Beautiful view of the sunset over the river. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and I hope to return in the future!

Great location!

The property is well situated, clean and well kept. Only a few minor issues, but nothing to spoil even a minute of our time. The only bad part was the indifference to the pandemic the people in town showed, even with a 145% increase in new cases from the previous week. Our beach time was severely limited due to the unsafe behavior of other beach users.
