The views were unbelievable and overall Stay was pleasant. Listing was accurate. Although we had a issue with one of the bathroom, we were able to coordinate with Brendan. Trash had to be taken out to a far out trash bin which was the bummer.We will definitely visit again.

We were glad to be able to find a home that could accommodate our large extended family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer were a plus too. The kids enjoyed the playsets in the fenced yard. The evenings were cool and refreshing. Lots of outdoor things to do within a short drive. Sunset views on the deck were amazing!

The three acres of land was a perfect playground for our family grandchildren to have room to play. Plenty of room inside and outside for all 18 of us. Brendan was available and responsive to any question we had.

Everything was amazing with the house and the host. I had so many questions and Brendan responded within the hour. The house was beautiful and within 3 minutes from Angel Fire resort. The year is fenced in, and had two different play sets for kids in the front yard. We enjoyed watching the prairie dogs and got to see Elk and walk through the property in front of the house. Loved every minute of the stay.

Plenty of bedrooms and good living space. 3.5 bathrooms made it a little challenging for everyone to shower, but we made it work in shifts! Excellent communication with the owner!

exactly what we needed

this location is incredible. wide open views and so close to angel fire and eagle nest. this part of NM is stunning. the weather was wonderful and we were all so comfortable in this house. we did have one family member who has mobility issues and the only way into this house is up about 8 steps - so that's something to consider. but otherwise - it fit us perfectly!

Family Vacation

We had three families within our family who stayed at this property. There were 11 people total, 6 adults, 4 children under the age of 10, and one teen. :) The property is beautiful, clean, and has amazing views. The kids loved the basement game room. There are plenty of toys, linens, kitchen utensils and cook ware to make it a very comfortable stay. The proximity to the ski slope was awesome. Owner was very responsive. We would stay again!
