Welcome to our cozy 25 sq m studio, located just 30 meters from the sea in the charming village of Kiveri. Our studio is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful getaway. The studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa, flat TV and a kitchenette making it easy to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is modern and well-equipped, and the air-conditioning ensures that you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. Although the studio does not have a sea view, it does offer a lovely view of our garden, and the small balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There are two beaches just a short walk away, so you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun or swimming in the crystal-clear waters. In the village, you'll find cafes, tavernas, and shops, so you can easily stock up on supplies or enjoy a delicious meal.
