About this property

This is a great home for those traveling for work, school, or business. The main room has a King-sized bed and the two additional rooms have queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils including a double oven for those who love to bake! The backyard is spacious and completely fenced-in with an 8 foot privacy fence. Plenty of room for pets to run around as well as a large driveway to park your vehicles. The Jacuzzi jetted-bathtub in the main bathroom is great for relaxing after a long day. For the nice days, there is a secluded and covered patio with a dining area in the backyard. We love to visit Graceland and the Memphis Botanical Gardens! There are plenty of food options in the area. Our favorites are: Topp's BBQ and Las Delicias. Very close to the University of Memphis and a short drive to the downtown nightlife. For those traveling on business, we have a desk furnished with a printer and scanner as well as fast Wifi (800 Mbps).
