Garden Groveland is a huge 10,000 sq ft corner lot with 4 bedrooms could sleep 8+ with a pool / fountain complete with water toys and outdoor dining space / bbq.

7 miles from Surf City USA beaches, nearby is also Knotts Berry Farm, Angel Baseball Stadium / Honda Center as well as world class shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. Plenty of grocery stores / restaurants.
Kitchen stocked with staples such as olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper and other spices, no perishables. Keurig coffee maker/ tea kettle with coffee pods and tea supplied with other dry goods. Clothes washer/dryer.
Pool / beach towels supplied. Any missing will be a $15 charge.
