And of course, while having your adventures you'll enjoy your clean, comfy stay with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, washer/dryer, local tips and travel info, specialty coffee maker, and so much more. :)
Some light food items are provided, such as oatmeal, coffee, and tea.
Lower unit of a duplex. Entire 900sqft apartment is yours, no shared spaces. 2 bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with full and twin sized beds.
Guests access the apartment via a private keyless entrance using a unique code. There is space for 5 cars in your dedicated driveway.

The Ivywild elementary school, originally built in 1916, has been transformed into the city's best food hall/brewery/distillery/meeting place (and it's walking distance from our place). A beloved family friendly park completes this charming neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the best things to do in the Springs, such as Creekwalk, downtown, North Cheyenne Cañon, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and so much more.
