For dining, we have 2 large family style tables and a large island with additional seating. The large covered deck features 3 4-top tables for groups to gather and a large gas grill for large groups. Bedrooms 1 & 2 reside on the main floor and are king master suites with private bathrooms. Finally, there is also a large family room with a large screen TV, gas fireplace, seating area.

The lower level features 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, 2nd living room and laundry room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 feature a Queen bed with twin bunks. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed with full bunk bed. All Decked Out is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, communal pool, hot tub, walking trails, private boat ramp, golf cart paths, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.

This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day, since the water fluctuates about 20ft in the off season there is water at the dock full time, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock in off season but the boat launch is available year round.
