BEWARE!

DO NOT BOOK! I repeat: do NOT book this rental. Would give this property a zero rating if I could. I booked this rental for a two-night stay, which was confirmed and paid for. I traveled out-of-state to this property for a late friend’s funeral, and received no response from the host. I tried calling multiple times, and messaged, with absolutely no reply back. So instead, I had to sit in the parking lot on the phone with customer support, while also trying to find alternative accommodations. Horrible. Don’t waste your time.

Clean and spacious 3 Bdrm apartment

Modern and well kept 3 bedroom apartment. Property owner was extremely responsive throughout the stay. Solid experience for 1+ month stay for my family. We had no problems with the area.

Great for our needs

We booked this on short notice because it was a great price and the location we needed. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Check in was very easy and the host was in great communication if we needed anything (though we didn’t). The neighborhood was a littler dicey, but we enjoyed being close to great New Haven restaurants and to other places we needed to be.

The host actually canceled our reservation last minute.so unprofessional and poor communication.she accepted our reservation but the day we going to checkin she just realized the place is not available so we end up staying outside the street.worst day ever!
