Why they chose this property

This gorgeous home is set back on a quiet cut-de-sac in the quaint town of Spearfish. Centrally located just 5 minutes from the Interstate to get to Sturgis, Historic Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, Devil's tower...and so much more!

Close to great trails for Hiking, biking, snowshoeing, ATV's and Snowmobiles. The downtown area is well cared for and has all that a town needs to enjoy your days shopping at the shops, or having lunch at one of the numerous cafe's or restaurants. Or if you prefer nightlife, you can enjoy pub style bars, great food, wine bars, Thai, Sushi and so much more!

The owners went with a classic modern look to the home and furnished it with all the comforts to relax and enjoy the great views throughout the house. And a gorgeous patio!
