Great place to stay!

Everything was great! Lots of space for the family, with 2 decks to sit outside. When we arrived we were informed that there was no hot water but it was fixed by the next day, so very up on keeping the property in smooth working condition.

Perfect spot for a family-friend getaway

So close to the beach! Took 5 minutes to walk and we liked that it was by the lifeguard building. Bathrooms on either side! Beach was great and the house comfortably slept all 7 of us (7 adults, one child). At the start of the boardwalk so fun for all around. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot located so close.

The property is in the PERFECT location. Right at the END of the boardwalk. This is perfect simply because you can start right at the beginning. No walking halfway down to the end just to come back. Its 100 yards from the water and 50 yards from the boardwalk. Check in & out process extremely simple. Will definitely rent this location again.

overall, it was good. there were some problems with not a lot of lights, other than ceiling, fan lights, and too many remote control that are not marked. We had a look around for the one that worked the one in the living room.

The place is in a great location with easy access to the beach, boardwalk and walking path. The size of the bedrooms and beds are very good. Parking is nice to have as well. However, there were just some things that could make it better. There was no garbage can in the bathroom, no iron or ironing board, the bathroom sink clogged and the fan in the one bedroom did not work. I am not trying to be negative but the doors in the place are old, kind of stick or don't shut easily, with no lock on the bathroom door. I know that it is a reach, but a washer and dryer is always nice to have as well.

Great stay

Clean, crisp, close to everything but far enough away that the kiddos weren’t begging for what they were missing. We had two instances where we had to call into the management group, both were silly instances unfortunately. I hate being that guy. However, they answered my call, attended to the questions and were so nice in resolving things without making me feel stupid. First time using them. plan on looking for this and other places they work with in the future.

All About the Location

The location of this apartment was amazing and it was very clean upon our arrival. Here are some suggestions for improvement with the accommodations. The kitchen is not well equipped. Kitchen needs: cutting board, flatware -not the cheap dollar store kind that's currently provided, large mixing bowl, food storage containers, more plates- that aren't as heavy and bulky as what's there now. The living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. The bedroom dresser in the room with the window ac unit is cheap and the drawers kept coming off the track. The house needs more hooks throughout the common space for hat's, towels, etc. The deck chairs had moldy covers. The table umbrella was broken upon arrival. A small side table would be useful on the small deck facing Ocean Ave. We brought out one of the stools from the dining room. There needs to be another comforter in the bedroom with the window unit. Provide board games or cards for cloudy rainy days at the beach. A broom and dustpan would have been helpful considering the sand that's unintentionally brought in.

The cleaning lady had not come to the house prior to my stay. She did come and clean though.The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans to cook. The furniture was clean and comfortable. I just loved the front porch! There was always a place to sit in the shade.I definitely will want to stay there again!!!
