Located in a fantastic central location just a couple blocks to the Beach, Boardwalk and Seaport Pier this one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been newly renovated and is ready to host your next getaway! Step into an open living room/ dining space and leads to a brand new gally kitchen. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen. Just past the kitchen is the bedroom. The complex is complete with a second floor rooftop deck and pool with seating and grill space. Unit comes with one parking space and a deck space with a seating area. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. $150.00 cleaning fee added to all rentals shorter than 7 days. $75.00 Processing Fee and $50.00 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee added to all rentals.
