This brand-new home was immaculately constructed in early 2023 and delivers coastal luxury and an enviable lifestyle. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home welcomes you with ocean and sound views from two expansive decks on both sides of the house. Found within are bright and airy spaces, modern conveniences, and well-appointed features, including a wine/beverage fridge and ice maker in the kitchen, along with of course an elevator accessible from all floors and an EV Charger! This home features a fenced-in back yard with an outdoor pack patio with a new wood-burning fire pit, a grill, and table and chairs. There is a direct beach access just a couple hundred feet away from the house. All the shops and restaurants in Surf City are within walking distance.
Eagle’s Nest #140 can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Guests will enter through the ground floor and proceed up the stairs to the second floor to find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, balcony access, and en suite bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a trundle, TV, and balcony access. These two bedroom share a bathroom.
As you proceed upstairs to the main living area, you will immediately feel relaxed in the soothing designer colors and furniture throughout this home. The living room has comfortable seating for nine and is a great gathering space to watch a movie, play a game, listen to music, or read a book. The kitchen is appointed by its sleek and clean appearance, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, wine fridge, ice maker, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating for three. A large dining table is across from the kitchen with seating for ten. This living space opens up to a spacious deck with rocking chairs making for a great place to enjoy the views and sunsets. A conveniently located half bathroom can be found on this floor as well as one queen-sized bedroom that is equipped with a TV, a balcony with lounge chairs and ocean views, and an en suite bathroom.
The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. High-speed internet and 5 Smart TVs are available. There is an outdoor shower located in the carport for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Please note there are security cameras that face the back yard and the driveway areas.
There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
