T's Fish Camp is a lower level apartment with great rustic decor and outdoor space.
The neighborhood boat ramp at the bottom of the hill makes this a perfect location for those serious about fishing. Many of the neighbors are avid fishermen and always have a fishing tip to pass along. Ample boat parking, grilling space and firepit for extended outdoor fun along with cornhole.

Coming to the Truman area to hunt? We are centrally located with easy access to Corps hunting land.

Warsaw offers wonderful restaurants, hiking/biking trails, Drake Harbor with access to Lake of the Ozarks and inviting downtown shops and restaurants. Hope you enjoy your stay!!

Great place beutiful area

Had a blast fishing and exploring with my dad and daughter for the week. Great fishing and kevin and neighbors were great with putting us on some fish. The accommodations were clean comfortable well set up. Would love to stay again.

Fishing trip

The stay was great caught lots of blue cat with a short boat ride from the ramp, property was perfect for a small group, fish cleaning station helped a bunch, comfortable beds and very clean will be rebooking for the next trip down.

Very nice, rustic unit with great appliances

We had a great stay in the basement cabin. The appliances, grill and propane fire pit were better than expected. Beth and Kevin were there to help, but did not intrude in any way.

Warsaw, MO weekend trip

Pretty nice place. Disappointed in not having a dock close to fish from. This cabin is very rustic, if you dont care for true rustic, likely not a place for you!! Our dog seemed to enjoy it, liked the cool concrete floors!! It was set up very nicely in the kitchen and bathroom. Amenities were good.

We are from Kansas City but love Truman Lake, Warsaw and all that the area offers.

Why they chose this property

Lay's Valley View is a quiet neighborhood with the added bonus of a boat ramp and parking area.

What makes this property unique

This property has an upper unit that our family enjoys throughout the year and a lower apartment with full amenities and rustic, casual decor. All new appliances and fixtures provide all the modern amenities but the feel of a rustic cabin. We have parking across the street for three boats/trucks, a charcoal grill and plenty of room to spread out. The backyard has a fish cleaning hut as well as a gas grill, dining area and firepit.
