This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Warsaw. With two comfortable bedrooms and a cool bathroom, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The nice interior creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. Whether you’re resting after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this fantastic spot offers everything you need for a great stay. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
There is a swim dock to Gatliff lake which is not directly connected to Lake of the Ozarks, but feeds the lake from the spillway.
Boat Ramp access located in Warsaw (Drake Harbor) 10 minute drive away.
It is in the Ozarks so gravel roads that can be bumpy. Enter in off hwy 83 for an easier route.
If your dates are not available, check our sister property L&R Lakehouse.

This neighborhood has deep ties with family. Melvin's parents lived here, his uncles at one time or another, and his grandfather as well. It is a special area to us.
What makes this property unique
The area has lots of things to do, but we want to make the house a destination of itself if you just want to press pause on life for a moment.
