Country Home with firepit, game room, swing set

Spacious and pretty country home 2 hours from Manhattan, a perfect place to enjoy a Catskill vacation. Enormous kitchen, outdoor charcoal grill, board games, fooseball, outdoor swings, Adirondack chairs and hammock on the front lawn, fire pit in the back yard for bonfires and roasting s’mores. Pick blueberries in season on our property down the road, hike nearby mountains, swim in local lakes and pools, visit the hip town of Mountain Dale with restaurants, bars, shops, and a yoga studio.
The space
This charming three bedroom house comfortably sleeps nine.

A large living room, perfect for relaxing with friends and family, has comfy furniture and a 65" television. The bookshelf is stocked with books and board games. The solid fooseball game provides hours of fun. The very spacious kitchen has an island with three stools for eating, working, and chatting with the cook. There is a large, brand new washing machine and dryer inside the home.

The outdoor space is heavenly. Children can play safely out back on the swing set or run on the front lawn. Sit on the front lawn under the shade of the trees or nap in the hammock as you listen to the birds sing and feel your tension unwind - the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Catskills.

We are located a short way from the hip town of Mountaindale and close to beautiful hiking in the Shawangunk mountains and many mountain lakes. Mountain Dale has a town park with a swimming pool and a lake. See the description below in "neighborhood description" for a listing of many things to do around us.

This one story house, which has no stairs inside and a ramp to the back door (with one small step), is great for people with limited mobility. There are safety bars in the bathroom for getting in and out of the baths/showers. Please note, however, that there is one step on the ramp so the house is not wheelchair accessible.
