🚰 Septic System Care Our property uses a septic system, which requires special care to keep it functioning properly. Please help us by following these guidelines: • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, paper towels, or diapers can cause serious damage. • Avoid pouring grease, oils, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink. These can clog the system. • Use provided trash bins for all non-flushable items. • Please limit use of harsh chemicals (bleach, drain cleaners, etc.) as they can disrupt the system. • Conserve water when possible—running multiple long showers or loads of laundry back-to-back can overwhelm the system. ⚠️ If a septic professional must be called to the property and the issue is determined to be caused by tenant misuse or negligence, the tenant may be held responsible for the full invoice.
🌎 Border Location Reminder This property is located directly on the US–Canadian border. Please make sure to remain on the south side of the property line (U.S. side) at all times. Crossing into Canada without proper documentation is prohibited.

Location and house all were great! Communication was great too. Just need to fix a few things and a good yard trimming and deep cleanup all over inside and outside and hot tub clean out would be awesome :)
The property was very easy to find, room enough for three families. The little ones had a blast with all of the game tables etc. The beach and dock area was perfect. We did find that the outside needs a good scrub and replacement of beach toys and removal of things that are broken. However It was a fantastic place for all of us to be together in one space and that in itself was 5 star. The AC worked fantastic as there was a severe heat warning the whole time we were there and we were feeling very anxious about it with the little ones. Thank you for the use of your space it was a wonderful reunion.

Good Family Space
We enjoyed our stay, the house was laid out perfect for family and kids and we had plenty of space. There is quite a bit of maintenance that should be done. There were no screens on the windows, many spider webs in the windows, dead plants, and debris that should be tended to. There was a lot of mill foil in the water so we spent a bit of time daily clearing a space. I am not sure anything could be done about this, and maybe it was something that happens once in a while. The beach was really pretty and we did have a wonderful time with family. Just a side note, there are no sharp knives, you may want to bring your own. Overall this could be a really beautiful property with a little TLC and like I said beautiful memories were made to
