The house was centrally located and walkable for our area. We loved how close it was to the ocean and the shopping/dining district. The beds were extremely hard. We all laughed as each of us had a sore back in the morning. The kitchen was also weirdly shared with the owners. We didn't use the fridge or many dishes, but it would have felt strange to share the space. All in all, a lovely place, though.

Beautiful location, hard beds.
Ultimately we enjoyed our stay at this place and it functioned alright, but two of the three beds were incredibly hard and its kitchen was a bit underfunished. Alan the host was responsive and helpful.

Summer weekend getaway
We stayed for a long weekend getaway with some friends, to attend the folk festival. The place is nice and clean with plenty of room, and a short walk to Jericho Beach Park. The street is quiet and residential, with nice, well kept mostly smaller homes. There are some comfy cafes around the corner on W 10th Ave. There is no AC and the bedrooms were pretty warm, and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow, otherwise it is a great place,
