The townhouse was built in craftsman style with attention to detail. Tasteful decor, hardwood flooring, fir doors and trim throughout ensure that every inch of this beautiful home exudes grace. Large private windows and high ceilings exude light and airy feel.
This townhouse features comfortable modern furnishings. A spacious living room invites you to unwind after a long day and is perfect for lounging. Dimmable warm lighting creates cozy ambience.
The dining area with a custom-made sequoia table will treat a party of six to a dinner. The kitchen is prepped with everything you need to cook and features quartz countertops and high-end appliances, including the Miele dishwasher, a new gas stove and a Fisher-Paykel fridge.
The master bedroom benefits from ample closet space behind mirrored sliding doors, a comfortable queen bed and French doors that open out onto a balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a work desk. The master bedroom ensuite and the second bathroom offer full baths with glass shower partitions and modern sinks. The unit is stocked with luxury towels and linens. Miele dishwasher/dryer are available inside the unit.

... and we stayed for 2 months! The experience was amazing from beginning to end. Anton and Sasha are amazing hosts who we will remain in touch with.
The property has everything you would need for indoor/outdoor meals, work, or relaxing. It is modern, clean, tastefully furnished & decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen. It is located in a great residential neighborhood yet close to several commercial strips all within 5-10min walk.
The hosts are organized and quick to respond. They also provided great recommendations about the area and Vancouver in general. We hope to be back again soon.

Very happy with our one-month stay at this nicely appointed 2 bedroom unit.
The unit: The photos online (which are just fine) do not do it justice -- the combination of light (plenty of of windows in main room and bedrooms), warmth (nicely finished in light wood throughout) and quiet (low-traffic street and solid, quiet building) made this a perfect place for us, as we needed to spend a fair bit of time working during our visit. Clean and easy to keep clean throughout. Well-appointed and highly functional kitchen. Handy and well-functioning in-unit laundry. Beautifully kept front and side garden.
Hosts: Very responsive (they live upstairs) and yet completely unobtrusive (which we highly value).
Conclusion: We were very pleased with our stay and would book again without hesitation. Thank you Anton and Sasha for making this beautiful space available.
Note: We ticked only 4 of 5 for cleanliness, but note that the place was perfectly clean and we would really give it 4.5 (but we have stayed in some brand new units with not a speck to be found anywhere, and so in fairness reserve 5s for those rare spots).
A beautiful and cozy home. Anton an Sasha were amazing hosts, extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Everything about our stay was perfect and could not be improved upon. I would highly recommend staying here to all.
We had a wonderful stay at Anton and Sasha's lovely apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, well laid out, very clean and was perfect for us as a family. The location is on a quiet, tree-lined road but was close to local shops and restaurants etc. It was a short 20 min walk to the beach from there. Anton and Sasha were perfect hosts. They were full of info for the local area and even lent us a small bicycle for our daughter during our stay. We have left with great memories but also with new found friends.

We spent the summer here and used it as our homebase for exploring British Columbia. The unit is beautiful and private.
It is perfectly located on a quiet residential street with easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Anton and Sasha were great hosts and very considerate. We hope to return soon!!
Very clean and quiet rental. Hosts were A+ and if we needed something while doing the mandated 14-day quarantine they were helpful. The only negative was no garbage disposal in the kitchen, but it seems Vancouver is very into composting which isn't as regulated in the states.
