Pine Grove House - We make you feel like home!
Live the experience of a welcoming space with all the comforts to spend your holidays near the sea. Enjoy the beach and nature, relax on the terrace or in the beautiful garden and get to know the beauties of the Mediterranean landscape!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a private garden and terrace just 400 meters from the sea.
It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and a WC. You can relax on the comfortable sofa, or prepare a Mediterranean meal in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find a desk that allows you to work on your computer comfortably.
The first floor has three spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe in each one separately and a large bathroom.
The terrace offers open views and the garden has space for grilling or a relaxed afternoon cocktail!
Distance to the nearest beach is 5 minutes by foot!
At a distance of 200 meters you will find a super market, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a mini market, and an open air cinema as well!
In the wider area there are activities such as scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding lessons and wineries.
We will be more than happpy to help you organize your tours around the area!

Logement très agréable et confortable, hôtes accueillants
L'accueil par notre hôtesse a été très chaleureux. Elle était très disponible. Durant notre séjour, tout a été fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et nous faire plaisir.
Le logement est très beau et confortable. Il est parfait pour une famille avec deux à trois enfants. Toutes les chambres et la pièce de vie sont climatisés.
La plage est à quelques minutes seulement à pieds. Un marché de proximité est dans la rue voisine. Avec une voiture, toute la péninsule de Sounion est accessible en 30 minutes environ.
Je conseille énormément le logement, ainsi que la famille qui nous a accueillit !
