Very charming and beautiful home

This place was amazing and beyond our expectations. There are many little details, which makes you feel welcomed and cosy. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with enough dishes for more than one day, which is very convenient, if you don’t want to use the dishwasher after every meal. The location was perfect for our needs: close to the airport, the beaches and Athens.

Lovely home

We were met at the property by the owners who gave us a tour of the villa and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us to settle in. As this is their family’s summer home the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed so meals were easily prepared which is a big plus for us. Everything felt really clean and welcoming. We were only a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 20 minutes from Athens so it was a great location.

Pretty country house

Very clean, spotless. Host was accomodating and helpful. A splendid wooden house in a very spacious yard, hard to find in the neighborhood. And a charming big tree at the front. The nearby beach is clean and good for swim. Floor is a bit loud if you have people staying on the 1st floor, but for those who appreciate the charm of a old house I am sure they will allow for this little disturbance. A relaxed and pleasant stay.

Wir waren mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) dort. Das schöne ältere Holzhaus mit riesigem romantischen Garten hat viel Charme und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es bietet viel Platz um drinnen oder draußen zusammen zu sitzen oder auch mal sich zurück zu ziehen. Beides ist gut möglich. Besonders hat uns die umlaufende Veranda im Erdgeschoss sowie im Obergeschoss gefallen.Zum kleinen Supermarkt sowie zum Strand mit Restaurant kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Für die Strände und Restaurants in Voula oder Fahrten nach Athen ist Uber Taxi preiswert, zuverlässig und empfehlenswert.Wir alle haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bereits an deutsche, französische und amerikanische Freunde weiter empfohlen:-))

Sehr schönes Haus, die Ausstattung, wie Möblierung und Küchengeräte sowie Gewürze, Handtücher, lässt keine Wünsche offen. This lovely home was close to a wedding we were attending in Vouliagmeni. GPS is a must have in Greece. The house is nicely furnished with everything you need. We loved the fireplace for cool mornings and evenings. It is a short drive to restaurants and markets. We used The Beat app and took a taxi to the Acropolis museum, reluctant to navigate downtown Athens on our own for a cost of $20 euros each way which we were happy to pay. We had a wonderful stay!

Sehr schönes Haus gut gelegen

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober dort. Schöne Strände in der Nähe, Athen schnell zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung und sehr nette Vermieterinnen. Riesiges Grundstück, sehr privat. Dass in Griechenland nachts Hunde bellen und Alarmanlagen heulen muss man akzeptieren. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig; große Terrassen rundum oben und unten, schattig und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden (außer einem Toaster). Sehr empfehlenswert für Leute, die auf eigene Faust Athen und die Umgebung entdecken und sehr privat ohne Touristen wohnen wollen. Ein Auto ist aber Pflicht. Fußläufig ist wenig drin; auch Bahn und Bus sind zu weit entfernt. In Vari und der Küstenstraße südwärts gibt es schöne Strände und Restaurants. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und das Vertrauen an die Vermieterinnen. Kein Luxus aber top authentisches Haus mit knarzenden Türen und kolonialem Stil.

Perfect family home.

We loved our stayed at this large and comfortable home. My extended family of 7 had plenty of space and all the conveniences of home. We especially loved watching the tortoises race around the garden. The beach is only minutes away. Perfect get away vacation. Thank you.

Lovely historic home

My wife and I stayed at Tereza and Stamatina's family home for 5 days in August. The home is lovely and oozes with history. Which we found particularly appealing. As we were just 2 people we only used the first floor of the home, however the home can easily accommodate larger groups or extended families. The girls are great communicators and very helpful. The only challenge we had was getting to know the direct neighborhood and how to get to and from the house and I would thus recommend mapping it or having a GPS There are beaches and tavernas close by as well as a small super market. But our favorite was picking fresh figs from the trees. We had a great experience and would definitely stay at the house again. Petros
