The Price Was Right

We enjoyed our stay because it was a place to sleep for a low price. No frills or thrills but comfortable accommodations for what we needed.

Couch beds and unexpected fees after our stay.

We were charged a large fee a week after our stay These fees were not depicted at all, never mentioned, and I already had paid a cleaning fee. I contacted customer service, got a prompt response of how to move forward, and then called the owner and never got an answer. Nice location, easy access to the Blue Line and a Giardanos, but the flagrantly outlandish sudden fees after the stay should make one weary. One bed was a futon.
