This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 min from Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants, bars, etc.

Recreational facilities and the laundry room may not be used during quiet hours, and balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways should be used only for their intended purposes. It's also important to remind energetic kids not to run on the front deck, and to avoid putting paper towels, diapers, facial tissues, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. The laundry room requires $1.50 per use, and machines should not be used for bleaching or dyeing clothes. Observing quiet hours is very important, and citations and fines could be issued for noncompliance. Trash should be disposed of inside the dumpsters, and smoking is not allowed near the building. Grilling is only allowed in designated areas behind the building in the grassy area.
