My wife and I got to go on our first trip to Florida. This place was excellent. Great location close to lots of nice restaurants. Lots of places to shop, beach access was perfect. We absolutely loved it. We will be coming back again and highly recommend this place. The host every time I text got back with me in a timely manner and answered every question that I had.

Nothing fancy but clean and Host Candy was very attentive to our needs. Location to the beach is awesome. There is a really nice grassy area literally right outside the condo door for easy access for our dog. Me, my husband, 2 teenage sons and small dog had just enough space. Having beach chair service is really nice as well.

We liked the location of the condo on the beach . Not a big high rise . Only 3 stories , 12 units right on the beach ! The only draw back for us is that there wasn’t a pool or hot tub on the premises. Yeah I know we’re on the beach but still like in the evenings to hang out by a pool or hot tub ! Other than that like the convenience of walking out the back door straight to the beautiful water and sand of Ft Walton .

We love this place, opening the back door and stepping on to the beach is great! It is perfect for two. You can sit outside on the open patio and see the ocean between dunes. No stairs. No parking garages. No gates. No stress! Perfect retreat.

Great area. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is a little difficult on the weekends as ppl coming to the public beach access take the reserved parking. Washer/dryer not in unit but accessible on 2 floor.

Our experience at Villa Capri was wonderful from the very beginning. Before we even arrived, Candy sent us a sweet welcome message with helpful information and contact details in case we needed anything during our stay. That thoughtful touch really set the tone for our visit.When we pulled up, we both immediately said, “How cute is this place?!” Parking was so easy, and being on the ground level made coming and going a breeze. But the beach access and the view from the condo were truly unbeatable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.The condo was clean, fresh, and welcoming when we walked in. And then there was the beach… beautiful soft sand, calm surf, and that gorgeous crystal-clear emerald water. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were hoping for.My husband definitely loved the huge TV in the bedroom! Honestly, we almost hate to tell everyone how much we loved this place because we’d love to keep this little gem all to ourselves! But we really hope other people get to experience the same peace and happiness we did.We came to Villa Capri to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We made some wonderful memories here and will absolutely be back!
