Guests will never want to leave this upgraded Ocean-front paradise! From the laid-back vibes of Aqua Villa to the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and local activities, this is the ideal spot for your trip to the Emerald Coast.
This Updated condo is on the 4th floor of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. This updated condo has been tastefully decorated.
We've got the sand, the vistas, and everything you'll need to enjoy your beach days; all you need to bring is yourself!
Beach service with two chairs and umbrella included during March to October

Our family had a great vacation here. However there were some things that could have made the stay better. The kitchen did not have potholders nor kitchen towels. The laundry facilities were down the hall. The washer was small so you couldn’t wash much at a time and 10 per load to wash and dry. I was overall pleased but the kitchen could use some help. Knives were scarce and dull.

Great location, right in the beach. It was so convenient. Beach was beautiful. Sand was soft. Nice to have chairs and umbrellas available. Condo is nice, but not new and showing a little age. Master bed was not good. Way too soft and bad mattress. Pillows were cheap and old.

The codo was awesome and so were the views. Short walk to beach. The only concern we had was both tubs were very slippery. We put down towels to stand on. The host responded quickly. We had an awesome time.

It was a beautiful location. The room was absolutely the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The beach is beautiful. Would stay here again. The only thing is the laundry room was out of order. But we went to a near by laundry mat. It wasn't a deal breaker. The owner was great to work with. Perfect vacation.

Even though there is no balcony to sit on, you are so close to the beach that the view is still amazing. We loved being so close to the beach and not having to wait long or fight over carts, beach chairs or elevators. It was a very safe and homey feeling at Aqua Villa.There was no dishwashing liquid or dish rags to hand wash dishes, only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags. No cleaning spray either so be prepared.In saying this, we would stay here over and over. It was a great condo!

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location to groceries, gas, air for tubes, alcohol, beach gear, ice, food and ice cream. Bring extra blankets and toilet paper. Beach and pool access and you get two chairs and umbrella are nice. Our dog was welcome and that sold it for us.
