Please be advised that Watercrest is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. While work is still ongoing, many of the major guest-facing areas have already been completed.

Completed Areas
- The work on the beach/ocean side of the building is finished.
- The pool and hot tub are open.
- Ocean-Side balconies are completed and accessible, including the balcony for this unit.

Current Construction
- Work is now focused on the parking lot/street side of the building.
- Guests may experience minor and intermittent construction noise during daytime working hours.
- Some parking areas near the active work zones may be temporarily adjusted or restricted for safety, depending on the construction phase.
