Perfect spot, just as described

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean and tidy, the AC worked great, and the check in process was effortless. Wonderful communication with the host, we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

The property was great—easy to access in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts were very accommodating, anticipating needs before any questions presented themselves. Arriving on a cold night, the heater was already set to a warm temp, which was really appreciated and thoughtful.

This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown Durham though. Overall, we would stay here again!
