Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home base. This space is 1/2 of a side by side duplex that was just renovated in May 2022. Both sides of the duplex are rented on and you will have your own private kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Very close to Forest Hills park/playground, the Original Q Shack BBQ, Guglhupf Bakery, Refectory Cafe, etc.
