We spend as much time as possible at the cottage so it is fully appointed. It will feel like your second home and not a rental.

This beautiful million dollar cottage is just one house from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. While it is only 400 square feet the elevated wrap around deck outside the double French doors turns the family room in to an indoor outdoor space with an amazing view of the white water.

We have appointed the cottage and added amenities for couples who are willing to pay a little more to have the very best. It comes fully stocked with everything you could need including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with all types of wine, champagne and martini glasses. Our goal is for this to be the nicest vacation rental on the beach and based on the reviews we believe we have succeeded.

There is no reason to rent a condo with people beside and above you when you can rent this stand alone cottage on a very peaceful court.

Parking is a one car garage with an 8' wide opening and will fit a vehicle up to 17'.

We have limited the occupancy of our one bedroom one bath cottage to two adults. It is the absolute perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want to have friends over we limit the additional guests to 4 being a total of 6. This is due to noise ordinances that are strictly enforced.

We have stayed at Mission Beach several times in the past. This cottage, one of the last of its kind, was the best we’ve stayed at. You can watch the ocean right from the front porch. Any question we had was responded to promptly. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation.

My Hunny had a perfect birthday recharge trip.What really set this place apart for me is how well-curated the environment was. Really seemed like the hosts didn't just throw things together; things felt intentional. The kitchen is well stocked for a foodie, and the property was set up & accessorized for biking, beach chilling, or just enjoying some cozy porch time.The location hit our the ultimate sweet spot: peaceful ocean quiet, a relaxed beach atmosphere, yet minutes away from top-tier San Diego dining. A few days here was great, but a few weeks would be better. Many thanks to Lori & Ross and how they thought of everything we needed - even before we knew we needed it!!
