We were a little surprised. Check in as at 4 but we didn’t get in to the house until almost 6 pm. The door code that as provided was invalid and we had to use a key from a lock box after reaching the owner. Then the information provided for the WiFi was also incorrect. I had to contact the owner for the correct info for wifi. Then the second bedroom had a half empty water bottle in the night stand, the pillows had a piece of caramel candy underneath it and was smeared on two pillows. The bedroom trash cans still had trash in them. We couldn’t locate the the tv remote for the master bedroom. The back yard was not mowed and we couldn’t grill because of the mosquitos. The house was nice, neighborhood and location were good but a little surprised with the conditions we walked into.
The house was nice and clean. My only complaint was the tightness of the front door, I thought it was still locked. I had to literally through my body into it to get it to open. When leaving we had to grab the door knob with both hands and pull really hard.
I would definitely stay here again but they need to get the door fixed.
So the owner never knew we were even staying for the weekend. The lent tray was full in the dryer and the ac completely stopped working the 2nd day and nothing was done. The ac filter was disgusting and hadn’t been changed in a very long time. I asked for a refund and I haven’t received anything. The owner said she sent $85 which I received nothing I want a FULL refund for not knowing my family was going to be there and ac going out. It was over 80 degrees in that house
