Sonesta Suites Hotel with significant problems

This property is the Sonesta Suites. We had two suites and in spite of being "non smoking" both smelled of cigarette smoke. When we complained the management never called back; we called them and they offered to do a deep clean which I knew would cover the smoke with chemicals. Fortunately we had strong air filers with us since we are displaced from our home. That made it tolerable. The space is small and there were only 2 shared washing machines for the entire property which is ridiculous. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen small. We also had a slow leak in the kitchen sink and they sent a handyman who couldn't fix it and that was it. Also, the day we arrived we walked through a plume of pot smoke near our exterior door. We tolerated our stay and were very happy to leave at the end of it. We felt overcharged for a very mediocre stay.
