Welcome to Rivers Edge Retreat, located right on the Glover River, Broken Bow. This brand new cabin is newly listed, and it is beautifully decorated through inside-Out, and filled with every amenity you need away from home .
When you enter the cabin you walk into an open concept great room with high ceilings and large windows allowing guests to have beautiful views of the Glover river and nature. This cabin consists of 3 Bed Rooms, 1 loft and 3.5 bathrooms. Guests will have direct access to Glover river, Bring on your Kayaks, Tubes, Fishing gear for fun activities on the river or Soak yourself in a hot tub and enjoy the views, or relax on the cozy deck sipping your favorite drink.

Spend the day soaking away in the river and hiking in Beaver's Bend State Park. Broken Bow is a bustling and vibrant community filled with wonderful culture and attractions for the whole family to enjoy together! The Roulette River Retreat guidebook (which will be emailed & printed at the cabin) highlights favorite attractions along with the best drinks & eats.

👉 Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent 24hours prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
👉 Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place, recording at all times, for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.
👉 Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
👉 Outdoor Grill: A propane grill is provided for your use. Please clean out the grill after every use.
👉 Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
👉 Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Native Plants and Animals: This cabin is located on the river. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.
👉 Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. All requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate requests for early check-ins/ late checkout. Please message us for more details.

☀️ We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager.
☀️ We can host a maximum of 13 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
☀️All amenities including outdoor grill, wifi, indoor fireplace, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If the hot tub is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no refund will be made.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Rivers Edge Retreat.
