About this property

This is resort living at its best. A large 3 bedroom, 1 den, and 2 living room home is situated on 300 feet of shoreline. A large lush ambling lawn affords ample room for a fire pit, a hammock, a croquet set, corn holes, volleyball and badminton nets. A dock big enough for 2 boats, and fishing off the dock is plentiful.

The main floor has 2 master suites with queen sized beds. A grand room includes the kitchen and living room overlooking the lake. A deck and a patio offers quiet area to recharge. In the walk-out basement there is another living room, small bachelor kitchen, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a den with a trundle and couch. Lush linens, extremely comfortable furniture, privacy, and games.

The set up is perfect for multi generational families, reunions, get togethers, and get aways. Plenty of room for group or individual activities.

This home is located on the Tower side of Lake Vermilion on Pike Bay. A mile from Fortune Bay, casino and golf course. Boat launch is about 3 miles away at the end of Everett Bay Road..

We have worked out the kinks in the reviews. A new filter water system has been installed so no more sulfur smell and clean water.

Once a Reservation is made Guest will receive our standard Rental Agreement, this will need to be reviewed, signed and sent back to us.

Pictures on VRBO web site were very deceiving

Before I get into this property, the host was very accommodating with our wants and needs. And accommodated our stay with a different cabin in the same area. In our opinion the property I am rating, was not in the condition to be rented. It needs a lot of repair and cleaning for what is being charged. This property COULD be BEAUTIFUL as it has all the desired wants most people want in a get away. It’s very large and has a beautiful view. It just wasn’t in the condition we thought we were getting.

The great room in the main picture is beautiful. The house has plenty of room for our multi generation get together. BUT, the water reeked of sulfur and undrinkable. After showering, you smelled of rotten eggs. The WiFi was spotty at best, so the TV didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t drain. There were holes & nails all over the walls. The carpet is all stained. And there were Japanese beetle carcasses sprinkled everywhere. It didn’t stop us from having fun, though.

Me and the family including the dog had an amazing time on the lake, the house/cabin had more then enough space for every one, the boat docks were convenient and the neighbor/owner is a pretty cool guy as well, Another awesome vacation in the books, We will be back

Beautiful

The house was perfect for a multigenerational family stay. We had easy access to the lake with a dock and use of a couple pedal/paddle boats. Very peaceful. The owner was very helpful. Plenty of space, bedding, and towels available. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans.
