When you aren't hanging out here, head for the private balcony - perfect for morning sips of coffee and evening cocktail cheers.

When hunger hits, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's gleaming countertops and updated appliances to whip up delicious dishes. Dining will come naturally at the breakfast bar or at the formal dining table.

There is plenty of space to sprawl out in the bedrooms. With private TVs, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning - your loved ones are sure to be more than satisfied with their sleeping quarters. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and building elevator access.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
