location perfect for visiting family

This is a very residential area and walkable to our family in the next neighborhood. That is the reason we chose this house. It was clean and met our needs in terms of space and location. Having coffee and creamer there made the mornings a little smoother for us caffeine addicts. We would happily stay there again when visiting our family in Katy.

Community pool was huge plus for kids

Our stay was great in Katy. We had whole family with us in this trip from my appointments at MDA and didn’t was stay in town. Lots of shops and places for food. We very comfortable and safe being there being there. For check-in the code that was given to us was incorrect information. Host answered my and was sorted out quickly.

My family had a lovely and restful stay in this home away from home! We can't wait to come back. This home has all the trappings of a luxury rental. The home is brand new in a lovely neighborhood, the rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. We had cable tv in all rooms. All daily necessities are also provided in the home. The bathrooms look and feel like a spa! Everywhere in the home smells really good too. We will always stay in this beautiful home whenever we come back to the Houston/Katy area!

This is a brand new listing and it was all that it promised! 4 bedroom, TVs in all rooms, an office, a full kitchen and two car garage. We were missing a few items in the kitchen and Francisca dropped them off within the hour!! very responsive hosts, we could not have asked for better hosts! The home is tastefully decorated, very clean, bright, and homey, would definitely stay again!! Thanks so much!!!
