HOME away from home feeling. Very cozy, resting, enjoying, playing. Comfortable.... nice neighborhood... quiet.... place where comfort and joy live side by side. The air carries a gentle scent of candles or fresh coffee, wrapping every corner in calm. Plush blankets drape over the couch

2. Upon checking out make sure to load the dishwasher, put dirty towels in washing machine.

4. Upon check out please make sure all doors are locked.. No Furniture Moving around.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING... NO SMELL OF Marijuana ... any substance will result in charges.
6. QUIET TIME : DURING WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS NO LATER THAN 9PM OUTSIDE KIDS PLAYING OR ANY NOISE.
NO LOUD MUSIC7. ABSOLUTELY no parties or events.
