This is a private-entrance second story apartment, and is above a storage garage, so expect a quiet a peaceful stay. The guesthouse is a new construction completed in 2019, and has a highly efficient mini-split air conditioning system along with many other amenities... The space has an open living/dining area with incredible vaulted shiplap ceilings... Feel light and open with large windows overlooking the majestic grand oak trees. Kitchen area is a kitchenette space, and includes an electric 2-burner cook top to cook with, along with set of pots and pans... There is also a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, keurig coffee maker and kettle... The space is fully equipped with all the dishes you will need for your stay, and utensils to cook with... The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with brand new moroccan tile flooring, crisp white subway tiles on the walls and fresh oversized fluffy towels...

Sleep easy in the cozy and high decor bedroom, with a comfortable queen sized mattress, crisp white cotton and linen sheets, feathered comforter with duvet, fan, personal closet and a full length mirror.. You will wake up to a beautiful view of the tree canopy from the high transom window in the bedroom, and there is also a daybed nook that can be used as a twin sized bed as an additional sleeping space...
