This was the perfect house for our family! Plenty of fun things for kids and adults; a well-appointed kitchen, and great gathering spaces. The home was very clean and our hosts were quick to reply when we had questions.

This house is a great location if you are visiting Bryce Canyon National park and Zion national park. Our kids loved the game room and the hot tub!

Everything you wish for

It’s an awesome, very clean house. We stayed with two families and especially enjoyed the little play kitchen under the stairs and the many other possibilities to play for the kids. Very family friendly and well equipped!

Great location to Bryce Canyon and Coral Pink Sand dunes. House was plenty big. The drink flavors were fun for the kids to make dirty sodas. They loved the ping pong table. Owners were responsive when hot tub was cloudy and had someone come out the next day and clean it. It did take away about 24 hours of our use of it. Not the end of the world. Back yard was awesome with plenty of seating for our group of 11. The house was not super clean, just surface clean. We found bloody tissues under the pull out couch, and the mattress protectors were covered in hair. There were not linens for the pullout couch or the extra pillows just blankets and a mattress protector. There was no soap in the main bathroom or enough towels for a larger party. We made due washing towels in between showers and hot tubbing.

This place has everything!

There were 5 adults in our party. We all had our own space and privacy with plenty of common space to hang out together. We loved having 2 washers and dryers. The coffee, hot chocolate and flavored syrups were a nice touch. The neighborhood roosters were fun! The location was perfect for our week long adventure!
