This place was really cute. Not really stocked for cooking, you will need to bring a lot of you plan to cook. Location was close to everything. Not much parking. Safe location.

Perfect stay near A&M

Needed to be in town for week for work and this turned out to be a perfect place to stay. Convenient to A&M and all the things College Station offers. Love the character of this VRBO and it was nice and cozy.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend and the hosts were amazing! We’re looking forward to staying here again. The location was perfect for a weekend stay - so many fun places/resturants within walking distance.

Aggie Engagement

Senior Aggie was getting engaged!!! Needed more homey than hotel for the weekend. Perfect for the four of us. Bed was superb! Kids liked the bunks. Neighbors above us were up and footsteps/creaking could be heard at weird times all throughout both nights. But not heard in bedroom. Weird though.

Great location with lots of beds

We came for a campus visit for our H.S. senior. We were a party of four, but wanted several beds for a brother and sister. Lots of space and lots of bed options. The location is great! A short walk from University Dr. and the Northgate area. A nice park is just down the street. I took our dog there several times a day. The Hosts were great at communication and providing for all our needs. We will try and stay again the next time we visit Aggieland. -T.C. class of '96

A property that superficially appears nice but reality is the floor is old and worn they tried to paint over some things but it is insufficient. We arrived late evening and found that basic furnishings such as paper towels and tissues were not provided. Kitchen cookware etc is provided in a most basic and limited manner, making it difficult to actually cook and eat meals in the home. The shower water barely gets warm. Overall a deceptive listing and home I would not stay in again. We did not decay single message from the owner. All owner messsges are automated. For example, I notified them we checked out and the only reply was an automated message telling us to inform them when we checked out. No personal messages seeing if our stay was ok.I was not pleased to find multiple written messages in the home stating that any review giving lower than 5 stars should not be submitted because a 4 star rating is the equivalent of saying “Shut it down” and 5 stars is appropriate and deserved if you “enjoyed your stay”, and there is no room for anything in between. This is a messsge you leave if you know you’re not providing what people deserve and expect. It does not need to be shut down, but if forced to choose between 5 stars and “shut it down”, I am unable to choose 5 stars. I would be lying and deceiving people.
