Good location. Our gps sent us past the driveway but a neighbor gave good directions. The AC was hard to reset, the outside deck was shaded but covered with falling acorns. The toilet flapper leaked causing water to refill every hour or less; needs replacing. The Mattress was comfortable but made loud noise getting in and out of bed. Staff were quick to address shortcomings.
We had the best time. The place was really nice. We loved the bear statues that decorated the establishment. Communication was good. Interior was visually appealing.

Thank you so much, we are so glad you enjoy your stay!
The listing is accurate and met our expectations. The communication with the host is phenomenal. We had a concern about no curtains (just blinds) on the bedroom windows after the first night. The host promptly got us eye masks that day. I have no doubt they would have been on top of anything if there was another concern, but we had none.

We stayed here for a concert at the caverns. Property was very nice, house was clean and cozy. We had a shuttle service pick us up right in front of the house. Perfect location and nice hosts!

Thank you SO much for the review, Madelyn! So please you had such an enjoyable stay with us :) Come back soon!
It’s a really cute cabin, but the space heaters provided struggle to keep spaces warm on cold nights. I would recommend upgrading to oil radiator space heaters or repairing the central heat.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Needs updating
The cabin itself is okay. The bed needs to be updated.. very uncomfortable.. we bought a foam mattress pad so we could sleep.. the heat did not work. the air/heat control panel was hanging on by wires. very unsafe. Sheet pan that was provided was too big for oven. Could not shut oven door. I was hoping to have guests over so we could celebrate my Sewanee graduate. Could not because outdoor patio was dirty and the furniture.
