Great location. The hosts always responded in a timely manner. They even gave us an extra night half off. I also had clients with disabilities on this trip and the house was perfect for this. The neighbors were friendly. One of them even told us if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask. Would for sure use this location again

We stayed here for a family trip to Gatlinburg and Dollywood over the July 4th weekend. The house was in a perfect location. It was a very short drive to Dollywood, just a few minutes, and about 20ish minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The house had plenty of space; the game room was a big hit with our kids and it was so fun to have beds in there so they could crash there if they wanted. The yard was another big bonus for us, there was so much space and having it be fully fenced made the trip with our dogs so much easier. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property three years in a row and keep coming back. We love the large game room and fenced in yard. There is plenty of room to hang out together or get some space alone or in smaller groups. Very close to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but without the traffic. We'll likely be back next year.
