When you reported an issue with the shower, we responded within two minutes, confirmed that both the shower and drain were functioning properly, and provided instructions on how to operate the system. We did not receive any follow-up communication regarding the outcome or any continued concerns. Additionally, we accommodated your request for an early check-in nearly three hours before the standard check-in time, despite receiving the request only 30 minutes before your arrival. We were happy to make that exception to help with your travel plans. We take pride in maintaining our property, responding promptly to guest concerns, and providing excellent hospitality. While it is disappointing that you will misrepresent information here, we stand behind the quality of our home and service.

This was not an intentional double booking, but a rare Vrbo calendar synchronization issue where a prior reservation did not properly reflect in the system.
