Quiet Cul-de-sac and Great Location in Heart of Black Butte Ranch
This house is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to state forest, so it is a very peaceful location. It is a walk or short bike ride to the Glaze Meadow recreation center (pickleball, tennis, indoor and outdoor pool), and we have complimentary bikes to get you there! Wonderful gas fire pit to truly enjoy the outdoors.
This home features a beautiful primary suite with a patio overlooking the forest, heated bathroom floors, and Sleep Number king bed. Please note this home has three levels with a bedroom on each floor. There are stairs leading up to the front door.

Quiet Cul-de-sac and a large paved driveway safe for playing children. This property sits on the edge of the Ranch looking out to a Forest Preserve to view tranquil Forest scenery and wildlife.
What makes this property unique
Our 3-story home has been lovingly restored to be the perfect place for you and your family to come and choose your own adventure! Whether it’s to rest and unwind or to explore the beautiful trails and outdoor activities on the pristine 1,800 acre luxury resort community known as Black Butte Ranch. We are just a 10 minute bike ride to Glaze Meadow pool and spa.
Guests can enjoy two 18 hole championship golf courses with mountain views, Northwest-inspired dining, horseback riding, 18 miles of paved hiking and biking trails, day spa, indoor and outdoor pool complexes, tennis courts, fitness facilities, a recreation center, and so many more activities.
